Abstract :
Consumer protection laws are very influential in the society hence made
Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection to address the problems that occur in
society . Responsibilities of a travel agency and travel to the passenger travel
service user ( in the case study CV . Arlinta ) is the title of the appointed writer .
This study aims to find out about the agreements concluded between the travel
agency CV . Arlinta with user and responsibility of a travel agency in case of
losses suffered by the user . This study uses a research methodology with
empirical juridical approach is through observation and interviews as well as
through the study of literature . Sources of data obtained directly from the site or
field research . Other data sources is through the study of literature is literature
books , as well as by legislation that still has nothing to do with this research .
Data analysis using descriptive analysis method is to define and describe the way
it is in accordance with the problems studied and the data obtained are intended to
paint a picture of it in a particular area and time . It can be concluded that the form
of agreement used or worn CV . Arlinta the user is not written or oral agreements
and accountability CV . Arlinta user if there is a loss on the CV . Arlinta willing
to indemnify if actually proven guilty . Any problems in the CV . Arlinta will be
settled by way of negotiation .
