Abstract :
Price share can be told as indicator efficacy of management of company, where strength of market shown with the happening of transaction commerce of company share in capital market, and will influence by various factor. Company which have public go have to pay attention some factor which is share price mempengaruhi for example Return On Equity, Current Ratio, and of Devidend Payout Ratio. Pursuant to phenomenon, this research aim to to test and prove empirically what is Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR) have influence which is signifikan to share price at manufacturing business ( components and automotive and of food and beverage and) which is go public in Stock Exchange Indonesia. Population of this research in 8 company of components and automotive and 12 company of beverage and food which is go public and noted by Stock Exchange Indonesia start year 2003 up to 2006 by using technique of purposive sampling. Analysis the used analysis of regresi double linier.
