Abstract :
Development of today?s internet world really brought a lot of changes in the mindset and lifestyle of modern society. The growing world of information technology is currently considered very helpful small and medium businesses in
introducing products and services that they have to a wider audience without any limitation of distance and time. Today many emerging small businesses who use social networking Twitter.
As for the objectives to be achieved in this study is to know, how social media Twitter in their utilization for small and medium businesses.
This study uses a qualitative method by using two techniques data collection were interviews and observation.
Key word : Promotion, Social networking Twitter
