Abstract :
This research aims to know the promotional strategy of Kedai Kopi Espresso Bar through social media. The most influential factor and become a main priority in the preparation of promotional strategies of KeiKo is the strategies used, followed by promotional mix and social media being used in promotional activities. This study use descriptive qualitative research method because candescribe the facts as factual and meticulously as well and produces inventions that cannot be obtained by the way of statistical measurements.Data used through in-depth interviews with key informants as an Operational assistant and four consumers of KeiKo Surabaya as informants to test the validity of the data. From the results of the study, the researcher concluded in the process of processing promotion strategy consists of three stages: planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. Promotional activities of KeiKo Surabaya through social media consist of advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion and public relation (publication). Keywords: Promotional Strategy
