Abstract :
In this study, Researchers want to know the communication pattern performed by the environmental cadres with residents,so that the needs of both parties can be realized by either. Where these communication patterns are influenced by differences in cultural background, ie the difference habits. During the program, interaction between environmental cadres with people of concern to researchers,differences in experience and habits among cadres environment with people being the only difference,The difference that makes the chances of a conflict between environmental cadres and citizens. The methodology used is the communication pattern According to Joseph A. DeVito ( 2007 : 277 ? 278 ), There are four communication patterns that pattern Balance, Balance Reversed Pattern, Pattern Separator Unbalanced, Pattern monopoly.
