Abstract :
Era of globalization is unavoidable and will bring a new order that will change the old order in all aspect of human life. This will make the competition between companies is getting tougher. This effort also creates a multiplier effect on the local and nation economy as well as save foreign exchange. However, small business can not be separated from the risk to the problems faced by both internal and external. Internal problems that are often experienced in general as weakness in business capital, technology, human resource, marketing and others. And external problems include weakness in bargaining positio, competitiveness with imported products and others. This study uses primary data collected from respondents through a questionaire distributed.Coffef shop entrepreneurs totalling 33 people. To meet the objectives of this study, the hypothesis was tested using multiple linier reression analysis. Keyword: Experience, Funding, Soul Entrepreneurship, Small and Medium Enterprises.
