Abstract :
The development of Indonesian society is increasingly faster running in line with the development and progress of science Indonesia requires the presence of skilled workers and experts in the field to the Indonesian state and growing. Education is a major priority which has an important role to the development and progress of the nation. This study aims to determine the factors that influence educational service user satisfaction. The variables of this study was Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty. The study sample was 63 students study accounting progdi University National Development "Veteran" East Java, where the number of samples can be determined by using the formula expressed by Omar Hussein. The selection of the sample using simple random sampling method. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the conclusions drawn are Tangibels and Assurance positive effect on student satisfaction, this study tested the hypothesis sehinggan were correct. While realibilty, responsiveness, empathy has no effect on student satisfaction. Keywords: Tangibels, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Student Satisfaction
