Abstract :
The purposes of this research are to find out the influences of Return On Equity, Deviden Per Share and Earning Per Share on the Stock Prices of consumer goods sector in manufacturer listed in IDX period 2012-2014 both partially and simultaneuosly. This present study is a quantitative one of which the population included all the Go Public manufacturing companies registered at the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange from 2012-2014. The sample was determined using the multiple linier regression analysis method through the SPSS program 16..0 for windows. The result show that Return On Equity has positive on the Stock Prices proven by coefficient regression value 265,8, the value t_count 2,415 and signifikacant value 0,023, Deviden Per Share has positive on the Stock Prices proven by coefficient regression value 0,034, the value t_count 2,252 and signifikacant value 0,009, and Earning Per Share has negative on the Stock Prices proven by coefficient regression value -0,251, the value t_count -0,473 and signifikacant value 0,641. Simultaneus return On Equity, Deviden Per Share and Earning Per Share the Stock Prices significanly evidenced by the value of f_(count ) 2,989 and significant 0,008.
