Abstract :
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menguji serta menganalisis empat variabel independen pada Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi data yang dicantumkan yaitu Perusahaan LQ45 tiga tahun terakhir ini yaitu tahun 2016 ? 2018 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 112 sampel perusahaan kemudian menjadi 85 perusahaan setelah sampel tersebut melewati uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan nilai perusahaan tidak dipengaruhi profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Nilai Perusahaan dipengaruhi positif oleh Ukuran Perusahaan. Nilai Perusahaan dipengaruhi negatif oleh Struktur Modal. ABSTRACT This study has the aim of testing and analyzing four independent variables on company value. The data population included LQ45 companies in the past three years, namely 2016-2018 using purposive sampling technique, obtained 112 company samples and then became 85 companies after the sample passed the normality test. The results of this study explain the value of the company is not affected by profitability and liquidity. Company value is positively influenced by company size. Company value is negatively affected by Capital Structure.
