Abstract :
PenelitianJini bertujuan untuk mengujiJpengaruhJPertumbuhan Ekonomi, PendapatanJAsli daerah (pad),BDanakAlokasijUmum (DAU)JdanKDanaLalokasi khususI(DAK)JterhadapIbelanjaImodal periodeJ2015-2017. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Periode 2015-2017 yang terdiri dari 29 Kabupaten dan 6 Kota, jumlah pengamatan penelitian ini sebesar 35 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dikalikan selama 3 tahun, sehingga terdapat 105 sampel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini. Data sekunder merupakan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Laporan Realisasi APBD tahun 2015-2017 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Laporan Hasil Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tahun 2015-2017 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Jateng. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal sedangkan variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh positif signifikan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to test the effect of Economic growth, Locally-generated revenue (PAD), General allocation funds (DAU) and Special allocation funds (DAK) on the capital expenditure in 2015-2017 period. Population and sample in this research is district and city government in central java province during 2015-2017 period consisting of 29 district and 6 cities during 2015-2015 period. So that the number of observatins is 35 district or cities multiplied by a period of 3 years hence there are 105 observations in this research. The data used in this research in secondary data and the sourch of this research is the 2015-2017 APBD Realization report obtained from central agency on statistics and the 2015-2017 Economic growh report obtained from central agency on statisticts of central java. This results of this research shows that variable economic growth do not effect capital expenditure while locally-generated revenue, general allocation fund and special allocations funds on the capital expenditure in 2015-2017 period positive and significant influence capital expenditure.
