Abstract :
This is explaining the different types of conflict used by the main character in this novel in dealing with conflicts in his life as internal conflict and external conflict.Thedata used in writing this novel is a written novel Stephenie Mayer's title is "Twilight Saga: New Moon".The theory used in writing scientific papers is taken from the theory of Edward Robert Sternberg?s Triangular Love. Bella Swan is portrayed as the main character. Conflict that is Bella's experience basically comes from within herself, where she is dating a vampire named Edward and wants to marry Edward and become part of the Vampire family. In this novel we can also find that Bella and Edward also has a external conflict with Victoria, James and Jacob. And there are three components of love Triangular Love proposed by Robert J Stenberg's theory of intimacy, passion, and commitment. The third thing is found in the fabric of a loving relationship between Bella and Edward.
