Abstract :
Penelitian ini membuat sebuah sistem informasi pemesanan jasa EMKL berbasis website pada PT. Semarang Jaya Mitra, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang pelayanan jasa EMKL ekspor impor yang berdomisili di Jawa Tengah. Dengan sistem yang berjalan sekarang sering terdapat kesulitan dalam pencatatan booking order atau dalam pemberian informasi status booking order. Padahal penerimaan booking order setiap hari nya tidak sedikit dan dapat memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan. Melalui penelitian ini penulis membuat sistem yang dapat secara langsung mencatat proses booking order secara efektif, eksportir pun dapat memantau status dari order yang telah di kirim. Sistem ini pula memungkinkan admin ataupun pimpinan untuk dapat langsung mencetak laporan tanpa perlu melakukan rekap data booking order lagi setiap bulannya. This research creates a website-based EMKL service ordering information system at PT. Semarang Jaya Mitra, a company engaged in the export and import EMKL services domiciled in Central Java. With the system running now there are often difficulties in recording booking orders or in providing information on booking order status. Even though the receipt of booking orders every day is not small and can allow mistakes in recording. Through this research the authors create a system that can directly record the booking order process effectively, exporters can also monitor the status of orders that have been sent. This system also allows administrators or leaders to be able to print reports directly without the need to recap the booking order data again every month.
