Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2015-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar pada bursa efek indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015-2017. Dalam pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purpose sampling. Dan alat yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara leverage, ukuran perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of invesment decision, leverage, size and liquidity on the value of property and real estate companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange (IDX) in the period 2015- 2017. The population in this study is the property and real estate companies listed on the indonesian stock exchange (IDX) in the period 2015-2017. In the selection of samples used is the purpose sampling method. And the tool used for this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this test indicate that the invesment decision has a significant positive effect on firm value. While leverage, size an liquidity have no significant negative effect on firm value.
