Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Komunikasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus yaitu jumlah populasi yang juga dijadikan sampel. Sampel diambil Sebanyak 65 Responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data didapat langsung dari Dinas Koperasi Usaha Mikro Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Semarang melalui metode kuesioner. Data primer tersebut diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS V19 Melalui Uji instrumen berupa uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis berupa uji t hasil penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa, variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terdahap kinerja pegawai, variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Communication on Employee Performance at the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Industry and Trade, Semarang Regency. The sampling method uses a census that is the number of populations that are also sampled. Samples were taken as many as 65 respondents. The data used are primary data. The data was obtained directly from the Semarang Regency Industrial and Trade Micro Business Cooperative Office through a questionnaire method. The primary data is processed and analyzed using SPSS V19 Through the test instrument in the form of a validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of t test results of this study indicate that, leadership style variables do not affect employee performance, motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication does not affect employee performance.
