Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris tantang faktor ? faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2015 ? 2018. Faktor ? faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komisaris idependen, profitabilitas (ROE) dan leverage (DER). Sampel dari penelitan ini menggunakan 53 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2015 ? 2018 yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Faktor ? faktor tersebut kemudian diuji dengan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional dan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT This reaserch aims to find the emperical evidence challenge factors that affect the firm value of the banking company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2018. The factor tested in this reaserch are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, profitability (ROE) and leverage (DER). Sample of this research are 53 banking company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2018 that selected by using purposive sampling method. These factors are then tested with multiple linear regression techniques with a significance level of 5 percent. The results of the reaserch regarding the relationship of managerial ownership, profitability and leverage have a significant effect on the firm value of the company, while institutional ownership and independent commissioners do not link the firm value.
