Abstract :
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sample menggunakan Puposive Sampling dengan periode penelitian pada tahun 2015 ? 2018. Hubungan dan atau pengaruh antara variabel dijelaskan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan likuiditas dan aktivitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. ABSTRACT The study examines the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activities on the firm value. The research was conducted at Manufacturing listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2015 ? 2018. Relationship and (or) influence beween variable in described by using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the profitability and leverage had negative effect and not significant to the corporate value. Whereas the liquidity and activities has positive and signifikan effect on firm value.
