Abstract :
Perkembangan teknologi saat ini berkembang begitu cepat. Penyampaian Informasi pada saat ini sudah bisa memanfaatkan sosmed sebagai media penyampai informasi, akan tetapi peneliti melihat kekurangan yang ada, yaitu penyampaian informasi pada desa masih mengharuskan masyarakat bertatap muka dengan perangkat desa yang menyampaikan informasi. Dalam hal ini informasi yang disampaikan hanya antar perangkat desa secara pribadi. Dari sisi warga sendiri masih kurang mendapatkan informasi desa yang disampaikan oleh perangkat desa. Dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi ini peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype dinilai lebih cocok digunakan dalam mengembangkan aplikasi ini dikarenakan banyaknya evaluasi dalam pengujian sistem yang akan dibuat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang didalam sistem tersebut akan memiliki beberapa fitur yang mempermudah warga dalam mendapat informasi yang dikirim oleh perangkat desa. Serta mempermudah warga dalam penyampaian aspirasi kepada perangkat desa secara terstruktur. ABSTRACT The development of technology is currently developing so fast. Submission of information at this time can already use social media as a medium for delivering information, but researchers see the shortcomings that exist, namely the delivery of information to the village still requires the community to meet with village officials who deliver information. In this case the information conveyed is only between village officials in person. From the side of the residents themselves, they still lack information about the village that is conveyed by the village officials. In the process of making this application the researchers used the prototype system development method considered more suitable to be used in developing this application because of the many evaluations in testing the system to be made. This research resulted in a mobile-based application that in the system will have several features that make it easier for residents to get information sent by village officials. And make it easier for residents to deliver their aspirations to village officials in a structured manner.
