Abstract :
Skripsi berjudul ANALISIS HUKUM PIDANA TERHADAP PEMIDANAAN BAGI PELAKU PENCABULAN ANAK DI WILAYAH PENGADILAN NEGERI SEMARANG dengan dua kasus perkara yaitu pada perkara No.357/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Smg dimana dijatuhi hukuman sanksi pidana Pasal 76E jo Pasal 82 ayat 1 UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas UU RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak dan pada perkara No.841/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Smg dimana dijatuhi hukuman sanksi pidana pasal 76E jo Pasal 82 UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas UU RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak jo Pasal 65 ayat 1 KUHP ABSTRACT Thesis entitled ANALYSIS BY PITY FOR CRIMINAL LAW AGAINST CRIMINAL JUSTICE OF SEXUAL ITS CHILDREN THE DISTRICT COURT SEMARANG with two cases, namely in case No.357 / Pid.Sus / 2019 / PN.Smg which was sentenced to criminal sanctions Article 76E jo Article 82 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection and in case No.841 / Pid.Sus / 2019 / PN. on RI Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection in conjunction with Article 65 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
