Abstract :
Perusahaan, Debt to Asset Ratio, Current Ratio, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Umur Perusahaan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 perusahaan pada periode 2016-2018, sedangkan selanjutnya beberapa sampel setelah dinormalkan menjadi 113 observasi data. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset berpengaruh positif sinifikan terhadap harga saham. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Debt To Asset Ratio berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Current Ratio berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan tehadap harga saham. Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Umur perusahaan positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Company Size, Debt to Asset Ratio, Current Ratio, Company Growth and Company Age on Share Prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 125 companies in the period 2016-2018, while the next few samples after normalizing 113 observations. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that Return On Assets have a significant positive effect on stock prices. The size of the company has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Debt To Asset Ratio has not a significant negative effect on stock prices. Current Ratio has no significant positive effect on stock prices. The growth of the company has no significant negative effect on stock prices. The age of the company is significantly positive for stock prices.
