Abstract :
Peneltian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menguji serta menganalisis empat variablel independen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi data yang di cantumkan yaitu perusahaan BEI tiga tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2015 ? 2017 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling di peroleh 251 sampel perusahaan kemudian menjadi 143 perusahaan setelah sampel tersebut melewati uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan. Struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. pertumbuhan perusahaan ber pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. likuiditas tidak ber pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan This study has the aim of testing and analyzing four independent variables on frim value. The data population listed is the IDX company the last three years namely 2015 ? 2017 using purposive sampling techniques obtained 251 company samples the became 143 companies after the sample passed the normality test. the result of this study explained. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability has significant negative effect on firm value. Company growth has a significant positive effect on firm value. Liquidity has no effect on firm value
