Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan periode penelitian tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018 dan diperoleh sebanyak 126 perusahaan. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji statistik f, koefisien determinasi, moderated regression analysis, pengolahan data dibantu dengan program SoftwareIBMSPSS 21. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal memoderasi profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal tidak memoderasi ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the periode 2016-2018. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the research period of 2016 until 2018 and obtained as many as 126 companies. Data analysis was performed using the normality test, the classic assumption test, the statistical test f, the coefficient of determination, processing assisted with the program IBM SPSS 21. The result of this test indicate that the profitability and size of the company does not affect the value of the company. Capital structure moderates profitability to firm value, whereas capital structure does not moderate company size to firm value.
