Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran (SiLPA) dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) terhadap Belanja Modal dengan Kemandirian Daerah sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi Periode 2017- 2018. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh provinsi di Indonesia periode 2017-2018 yang terdiri dari 34 provinsi, jumlah penelitian ini sebanyak 34 provinsi dikalikan selama 2 tahun, sehingga terdapat 68 sampel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik sensus. Data sekunder merupakan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Laporan Realisasi APBD tahun 2017-2018 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Analisis menggunakan teknik Mododerated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SiLPA berpengarruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Kemandirian Daerah tidak memperkuat SiLPA terhadap Belanja Modal. Kemandirian Daerah memperkuat Dana Bagi Hasil terhadap Belanja Modal Modal. This study research aims to analyze the influence of SiLPA, the Fund share proceeds to the capital expenditure with regional independence as a moderate variable in 2017-2018 period. The population and samples in this study are all provinces in Indonesia for the period 2017-2018 consisting of 34 provinces, the number of this study as many as 34 provinces multiplied over 2 years, so there are 68 observational samples in this study with census techniques. Secondary data is the data used in this study. The data source in this study is the Report on the Realization of Apbd in 2017- 2018 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Analysis using Mododerated Regression Analysis (MRA) techniques. The results of this study show that SiLPA is positively influenced by capital expenditure. Yield Fund (DBH) has no effect on capital expenditure. Regional independence strengthens SiLPA against capital expenditure. Regional independence does not strengthen the yield fund on capital expenditure.
