Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen ukuran perusahaan, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap variabel dependen kebijakan hutang pada sektor property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015-2018 dengan menggunakan metode penelitian purposive sampling atau karakteristik sampel berdasarkan kriteria pemilihan sampel sebagai data penelitian.Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan kepemilikn institusional berpegaruh negatif dan tidak signiifikan. Kepemlilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Prifitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signiifikan sedangkan untuk pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif dan dignifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of independent variables on company size, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability and sales growth on the dependent variable debt policy in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2018 period using the research method purposive sampling or sample characteristics based on sample selection criteria as research data. The findings of this study indicate that company size and institutional ownership have a negative and not significant effect. Managerial ownership has a positive and not significant effect. Prifitability has a negative and significant effect while sales growth has a positive and significant effect on debt policy.
