Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruhukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap Struktur Modal pada perusahaan property andreal estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140 perusahaan pada periode 2016-2018, sedangkan selanjutnya beberapa sampel setelah dinormalkan menjadi 138 observasi data. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal. Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal. Pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal. Umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal. This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, liquidity, company growth, company age and profitability on capital structure in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 140 companies in the period 2016-2018, while the next few samples after normalized to 138 data observations. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that company size has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Liquidity has a significant negative effect on Capital Structure. Company growth does not affect the Capital Structure. The age of the company does not affect the Capital Structure. Profitability does not affect the Capital Structure.
