Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate governance, leverage dan firm age terhadappkinerjaakeuanganndengannfirmmsizeesebagaiivariabellkontrol. Perusahaan yang menjadi populasiidalammpenelitianniniiadalahhperusahaannyang terdapat pada laporan Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) pada periode 2015-2018. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan purposive sampling method pada tahun 2015-2018. Program SPSS digunakan dalam analisissdeskriptiffdannpengujian hipotesissdengannregresi linier berganda. Dari hasillujiphipotesis corporate governance mempunyaimpengaruhhnegatif signifikan pada kinerja keuangan, leverage dan ukuranmperusahaannmempunyai pengaruhnpositifosignifikannterhadap kinerjankeuangan, firm age (umur perusahaan) tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Theepurposeooffhthissresearchhwasstofdetermineothepeffect of corporate governance, leverage and firm age on financial performance with firm size as a control variable. The companies that are the population in this study are those found in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) report in the 2015-2018 period. In this study used purposive sampling method in 2015-2018. The SPSS program is used in descriptiveaanalysisaandahypothesis testing with multiplealinear regression. From the resultsaof the hypothesisatesting corporate governance hasaa significant negative effect on financial performance, leverage and company size have a significant positive effect on financial performance, firm age (firm age) hasanowinfluence on financial performance.
