Abstract :
RSUP Dr. Kariyadi semarang merupakan sebuah rumah sakit terbesar di daerah Semarang yang sekaligus menjadi tempat rujukan terbanyak di daerah Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Pada saat ini kendala yang dialami oleh rumah sakit ini adalah antrean yang panjang untuk pasien melakukan reservasi untuk rawat inap dikarenakan sistem yang sekarang masih menggunakan sistem manual yang belum terkomputerisasi. Oleh sebab itu peneliti membuat sebuah produk aplikasi yang berjudul sistem informasi tata kelola ruangan rawat inap berbasis webmobile agar sistem yang sebelumnya yang kurang efektif menjadi efektif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan system. Peneliti menggunakan metode ini dikarenakan metode ini cocok digunakan pada sebuah instansi yang dimana alur kerjanya sudah jelas dan memiliki SOP yang jelas juga. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dieksekusi, peneliti berharap dengan adanya system informasi tata kelola ruangan rawat inap berbasis web-mobile ini akan membantu banyak pasien dalam melakukan reservasi rawat inap serta memudahkan pihak rumah sakit dalam mengkonfirmasi pasien yang akan melakukan rawat inap. RSUP Dr. Kariyadi Semarang is the largest hospital in the Semarang area which is also the most referral place in Central Java, Indonesia. At this time, the obstacle experienced by this hospital is the long queue for patients to make reservations for inpatient care because the current system still uses a manual system that has not been computerized. Therefore, the researchers made an application product entitled webmobile-based inpatient management information system so that the previously ineffective system became effective. In this study, researchers used the waterfall method as a system development method. Researchers use this method because this method is suitable for use in an agency where the workflow is clear and has a clear SOP as well. Based on the research that has been executed, the researchers hope that this web-mobile-based inpatient management information system will help many patients make inpatient reservations and make it easier for the hospital to confirm patients who will be hospitalized.
