Abstract :
Dalam proses pembuatan raport masih tidak efesien karena setiap kali melakukan penilaian selalu dilakukan dengan manual dan dalam pembuatan tampilan raport juga harus dilalukan secara manual yang berulang - ulang. Di SDN PETOMPON 01 saat ini masih bersifat konvensional, yaitu masih ditulis di buku raport sehingga banyak waktu dan tenaga diperlukan untuk memproses tugas tersebut. Dalam instansi pendidikan sekolah dasar masih banyak orang tua yang kurang atau tidak mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan akademik anaknya secara detail, dengan alasan orang tua yang terlalu sibuk bekerja sehingga luput untuk memperhatikan perkembangan nilai akademik anaknya di sekolah, atau bahkan dari faktor anak itu sendiri yang dengan sengaja tidak memberitahukan perkembangan nilai yang didapat disekolah karena nilainya cenderung jelek dan takut dimarahi orang tuanya. Sistem Informasi pengolahan nilai siswa SDN PETOMPON 01 dalam bentuk raport berbasis web mobile untuk memudahkan sekolah dalam pengolahan nilai siswa kedalam bentuk raport. Didalam sistem informasi pengolahan nilai siswa hanya dapat diakses oleh siswa, admin, dan guru, hanya dapat masuk sistem apabila sudah diloginkan oleh SDN PETOMPON 01. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam warerfall. Pengembangan serta perencanaan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model air terjun model klasik yang bersifat sistematis, berurutan dalam model generic pada rekayasa perangkat lunak dimulai dari analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian. In the assessment process, the making of report cards is still inefficient because each time the assessment is done manually, and in making report cards, it must also be done manually over and over again. At SDN PETOMPON 01, it is still conventional in nature, that is, it is still written in a report card so that a lot of time and energy is needed to process the task. In primary school education institutions there are still many parents who do not or do not know how their child's academic development is in detail, with the excuse that parents are too busy working so that they fail to pay attention to the development of their children's academic grades in school, or even from the child's own factors deliberately did not inform the progress of the grades obtained at school because the grades tended to be bad and they were afraid of being scolded by their parents. The information system for processing student grades at SDN PETOMPON 01 is in the form of mobile web-based report cards to facilitate schools in processing student grades into report cards. In the student grade processing information system, it can only be accessed by students, admins, and teachers, and can only enter the system if it has been authorized by SDN PETOMPON 01. Development and planning use the classic waterfall model software development method that is systematic, sequential in generic models in software engineering starting from analysis, design, implementation, testing.
