Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2014-2018. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 374 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa semua residual lolos uji normalitas dan asums klasik. Nilai adjusted R square sebesar 37,50 persen pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hasil uji parsial menunjukan bahwa variable profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.Variabel leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.Variabel likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of leverage, profitability, liquidity and company size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. The sample selection used purposive sampling method with a sample of 374 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test. The test results showed that all residuals passed the normality and classical assumptions test. The adjusted R square value is 37.50 percent, the effect of leverage, profitability, liquidity and company size on dividend policy. The partial test results show that the profitability variable and firm size have a significant positive effect on dividend policy. The leverage variable has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. The liquidity variable has no effect on dividend policy
