Abstract :
This thesis entitled Noun Formation Found in ?Court Ruling could Render SBY more Vulnerable? of Jakarta Post?s article on January 14, 2011: Morphological Perspective is intended to answer the problem, what kinds of noun formation found in Jakarta Post article on January 14, 2011. The reasons to analyze this article are: first, studying morphology is important for us to know about the structure of the word. Second, to know what is noun formation which is applied in Jakarta Post article on January 14, 2011. This study uses qualitative study to analyze the data. The writer uses library study, documentation, and internet research to get an accurate data for analysing. The writer concluded that the noun formation which had been found in the article of Jakarta Post article on January 14, 2011 changed the meaning and also the word class of the words.
