Abstract :
The objective of this research is to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Economic Value Added (EVA), and Market Value Added (MVA) toward share price. Share price is important to known by stockholders and corporate because it indicates the performance of corporate.
The samples in this research are 14 companies that continually listed in Indeks LQ45 for the year 2009 until 2012, to companies which is not include in financial company category, to publish annual financial statement in Rupiah and that was audited by independent auditor. The samples was determined based on purposive sampling method. Data that used in this research is secondary data, which is financial statement and use multiple regression analysis data method.
The result of this research are (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) has influence to stock price, (2) Economic Value Added (EVA) has not influence to stock price, (3) Market Value Added (MVA) has influence to stock price, (4) Earning Per Share (EPS), Economic Value Added (EVA), and Market Value Added (MVA) simultaneously have influence to stock price.
