Abstract :
PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN KERJA SAMA OPTIMASI PEMBERDAYAAN TAMBANG BATUBARA DIMANA CV DIAN PURNAMA DAN PT PLN BATUBARA DI KABUPATEN SINJUNJUNG Hendra Saputra 1 , Assuhaiti Arif 1 , Yansalzi Satri 1 1 Program StudiIlmuHukum, FakultasHukum, Universitas Bung Hatta E-mail: bunghensh@gmail.com ABSTRACT The agreement made between CV Dian Purnama and PT PLN Batubara is an optimization agreement where the obligation of CV Dian Purnama to deliver coal as much as 20,000 tons / month with 6000 calories, and the obligation of PT PLN Batubara to pay according to the coal delivered by CV Dian Purnama. The problem to be studied is 1) What is the implementation of the cooperation agreement between PT PLN Batubara and CV Dian Purnama ?. 2) What are the obstacles experienced in implementing the agreement and what efforts to overcome in implementing the cooperation between PT PLN Batubara and CV Dian Purnama? The type of research used is sociological juridical. The data used includes primary data and secondary data. Data obtained through interviews and document studies. The collected data is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study concluded that CV Dian Purnama continued to deliver coal in accordance with the specified amount of 20,000 tons / month with 6000 calories, even though it brought coal from outside by buying coal to companies that had mining permits. These constraints include the deeper location of the mine, the heavy equipment must be added, the rainy weather will result in not being able to produce, damaged heavy equipment must be repaired, less cars must be added, damaged weighing equipment must be repaired.
