Abstract :
Payakumbuh has high potential of tourism such as natural tourism, traditional tourism, culinary tourism, besides tourism of Payakumbuh has the opportunity for tourists to increase every year with the location of payakumbuh which is between Riau and West Sumatra, that will make tourists will easily get access to the location, behind the lot of tourists arriving they will need accommodation that is in accordance with standards and facilities that are able to support the needs of tourists. So it can add to the attractiveness of local and foreign tourists, such as tourist attractions in the form of resort hotels with an Infill Design approach that can introduce tourist attractions as well as introduce regional local area
