Abstract :
There are quite a lot of animal lovers in Padang City and the most popular is cats, but this has not been balanced with the facilities and cat needs needed by pet cat owners. Some of the facilities needed are clinics, animal care and gathering places for cat lovers. So a place is needed that can meet the needs and overcome the problems faced called a cat center which aims to provide a place and facilities for cat needs and can be a place of communication and information sharing for cat lovers in the city of Padang.
