Abstract :
The residents of Kerinci Regency may only export cinnamon in the form of raw materials due to a lack of community expertise regarding cinnamon processing. Considering that Kerinci Regency is a region capable of supplying the second-largest export market in the world, this is obviously quite paradoxical. It is extremely doable to create a design for a cinnamon processing facility based on these issues. In order to raise the selling price of cinnamon, it is anticipated that the presence of manufacturing facilities will enable the community to gain knowledge and understanding about all facets of the cinnamon production process.
