IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN SOLOK NOMOR 2 TAHUN 2015 TENTANG PEDOMAN PEMBENTUKAN DAN PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK NAGARI DI NAGARI KOTO BARU KABUPATEN SOLOK Arinda Rahma Devisa 1 , Dr.Sanidjar Pebrihariati R, S.H.,M.H. , Drs.Suparman Khan, M.hum. 1 . In the rules Area No. 2 2015 Year About Guideline formation and management of business entities belong to the Nagari declared the formation of the business entity belonging to the Nagari have the aim to encourage economic growth and expansion of the business community and raise the role of the community in managing revenue sources nagari nagari. Formulation of the problem in this study is 1) what are the duties and authority of the Wali Nagari Koto Recently in the formation and management of business entities belong to the nagari, 2) what are the constraints faced by Carers in the formation of New Koto Nagari and management agency businesses belonging to the nagari, 3) what are the efforts undertaken within the New Koto Nagari Guardian formation and management of business entities belong to the nagari. The type of research used is sociological legal research. The source data used the primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques is through interviews and data analysis using qualitative analysis. Research results among others 1) duties and authority of the Wali Nagari Koto Recently in the formation and management of business entities belong to the nagari i.e. Wali Nagari Nagari as the Device elements assisted the organizers in the formation and management of business entities belonging nagari, 2) constraints faced by Carers Nagari Koto in the formation and New pengeloaan-owned enterprises nagari i.e. socialization becomes the maximum because of the business entity belonging to the nagari is a new program in the community, 3) efforts do Carers Nagari Koto in the formation and management of business entities belong to the nagari i.e. it takes a human resources professional and sufficient capital.
