Abstract :
In his book Naar de Republiek Indonesia (1925), Tan Malaka introduced the concept of Indonesia as a republic and is considered the Father of the Republic of Indonesia. The Museum of Tan Malaka's Birth was established to honor his service, but it has received little attention as a heritage building. This study aims to develop the surrounding area of Tan Malaka's birth house using qualitative methods and a narrative research approach obtained through individual or group studies. The data will be organized into a chronological narrative to determine the function and structure of the space. Keywords: Tan Malaka, Museum, Narrative, Cultural Heritage
