Abstract :
Limau Manis Village in Padang City, West Sumatra, is a significant producer of Mangosteen, with 80% of the city's Mangosteen coming from the Pauh District. Despite having around 200 hectares of potential mangosteen plantations and producing 11,575 tons in 2020, no processing factories or tourist destinations exist. A proposed Mangosteen Processing Industry Building with an Ecotourism Theme aims to increase the selling value of Mangosteen and boost the local economy.
