Abstract :
ABSTRACT ASIANI, 2018: Analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of revenue collectionand contribution to the city can be an analysis of the urban area ofKendari, Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business,University of Halu Oleo. Guided by:1.) H. Akhmad Firman 2.) SyamsirNur. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Kendari Cityretribution and its contribution to the regional income of Kendari City.Theanalysis method used is 1) efficiency analysis, 2) analysis of effectiveness, 3)analysis of contributions. By providing an overview, based on data, in the form oftables using data that is secondary data. The research results obtained that the effectiveness of Kendari Cityretribution management in the period of 7 years (2011-2017) was 106.88%,99.11%, 104.30%, 104.90%, 144.20%, 36 , 30%, and 22.93%. Whereas theefficiency of receiving retribution in Kendari City in 7 years (2011-2017) was0.06%, 0.06%, 0.04%, 0.09%, 0.09%, 0.02%, and 0, 03%. And its contribution is0.38%, 0.36%, 0.39%, 0.30%, 0.36%, 0.19%, and 0.11%. This study shows thatthe receipt of retribution from 2011-2017 in the city of Kendari as a whole thelevel of effectiveness varies, this is due to unstable acceptance of retribution.Retribution from 2011-2017 in Kendari city is very efficient every year, where thereceipt of retribution is relatively high compared to the costs incurred. Retributionin 2011-2017 in Kendari cityby using the contribution, retribution contributeswell to Regional Original Revenue, although it is relatively low compared toother.
