Abstract :
ABSTRACSETIA NINGSIH (C1A515147).the impact of devision on regional development in the western Muna regency. Supervisor I: Eka Suaib andsupervisor II: Asriani The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the expansion ofthe development of areasin the west Muna regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study supported by data in theform of tabels and data obtained from interviews, dokumentation fans. Dataanalysis techniques use miles and huberman analisis models based on thecollection , data reduction , data display, and concluson drawing. The result of the study indicate that the impact of on divisionregional development in west Muna regency had a positive impact, this id shownthrought three aspect namely the first regarding the implication on socio-ecomomic this has a very positive impact on the people of west Muna rgency, itcan be seen from the population and the level of education after the expansionwhich is increasing a new growth growth where the peopleof west Muna Regencyhave been able to utilize and develop all their potential. The second aspect ofpublic service is that is has a positive impact, this is evidenced by the moreaffordable travel time service office, then the vasilities and infrastructure are quitegood compared to before the expansion. The third aspect of socia-politics is that ithas a positive impact seen from the formation af a new autonomous region onthat provides wider space for local communities to parcitipate in the politicalprocess.
