Abstract :
This study aims to find out how to:1) a partnership held in PT.Srikandi Agung Makassar; 2) the level of satisfaction of plasma breeder who partnered on the performance of PT. Srikandi Agung Makassar. The study uses a quantitative approach of explanation, with supporting instrument questionnaire surveys and interviews. The samples in the census, which numbered 40 people. The result of study showed that 1) The partnership pattern implemented by PT. Srikandi Agung Makassar is the pattern of–PLASMA CORE, which the company acts as CORE that facilitate the needs of breedersin terms of availability of production facilities such as DOC, feed, medicines and equipment such baby chick, gasolec, drinking places, as well as the marketing of livestock, while breeders acting as PLASMA is providing the land, stables and labour.;2) The level of satisfaction of breeders against the performance of PT. Srikand Agung Makassar is very satisfied with the value of 84%.
