Abstract :
The results showed that the best test results obtained with the use of methanol,namely the presence of clear zona on a third variation of the concentration.Is highest inhibition at concentrations as high as 10% and 15% with the same average of 15 mm.On ethyl acetate solvent showed that the concentration of 5 % does not give inhibition,while at concentration of 10% and 15% give a clear zone.In the solvent n-hexane did not show any clear zone on all variations of concentration.This indicates that the methanol and ethyl acetate solvent capable of dissolving the compound saponin contained in the plant Euphorbia milii, whereas n-hexane solvent incapable of dissolving the compound.
