Abstract :
The results showed that the results of students' learning grade XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tinambung categorized well with the average learning outcome of 83.5 and 83.33% percentage. Based on the effectiveness test obtained tcount> ttable with 96.66% graduation percentage which has value above KKM. It can be concluded that educational television broadcast media (TVE) and handouts are effective against learning outcomes.
