Abstract :
Based on the result of the research, it is found that the learning management at the Islamic Religion Faculty was effective, because it includes learning planning, learning organization, learning implementation, lecturer leadership, and learning evaluation and assessment. The learning achievement produced by faculty of Islamic religion have been through the learning standard such as, preserving the graduates' quality standard, having transparent management, having in expensive fees, being free of discrimination, and having lecturers participate in applying various learning methods as well as the application of curriculum. The improvement of the effectiveness of learning activity at the faculty of Islamic religionat the Islamic University of Makassar is done with two ways both physical such as the improvement of facilities and infrastructure and non-physical such as giving opportunity to the lecturer to continue their study , to participate in training and to develop their competencies based on their respective professions
