Abstract :
The findings of this thesis, the researcher found that the reflective students in pre-test have higher score than
impulsive students and after treatment their score have significant improvement. In post-test the reflective students have improvement in their score after applying concept mapping because they made good mapping in their reading test while the impulsive students also have significant improvement in their score because they were the
careless students and after applying concept mapping, they could answer their test well. Therefore, the concept mapping has significant improvement on the skill in reading through the reflective and impulsive students
