Abstract :
The result of research showed that the students reading comprehension at the second grade students’ of Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin improved by using reading workshop. The improvement of mean score in experimental class is 54.5 that classified as poor in the pre-test and 71.67 classified as good in the post-test. The result of the t-test also showed that the reading workshop was effective to improve students’ reading comprehension because the t-test (5.383) was higher
than t-table (2.000).
