Abstract :
The background of this research is the tendency of fundamental analysis in financial statements which leads to investors' perceptions of the company's performance in generating profits for shareholders and potential new investors. With this assumption, the researcher uses profitability ratios, solvency ratios and liquidity ratios in determining their effect on stock prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Return On Equity Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Cash Ratio on Stock Prices with the scope of the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The population in this study were 30 food and beverage companies. Purposive sampling technique was found by 21 companies. The systems approach used is an associative approach. This study uses several tests, namely Classical Assumption Test, Descriptive Statistics Test, Model Feasibility Test, Coefficient Test. Multiple Linear Regression Test and T Test. The test calculation in this study uses SPPS software and the results of this study indicate that the Return On Equity Ratio partially has a significant effect on stock prices. Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a significant effect on stock prices. Cash Ratio partially has no significant effect on stock prices.
