Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine how the level of students? reading anxiety at the 9th grade students of SMP Islam De Green Camp Tanjungpinang. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive with analysis as the techniques. The instrument that used to get the data of this research was a questionnaire. The population in this research is 9th grade student which consists of 14 female students. This study uses the FLRAS which used to create a questionnaire. FLRAS was stated first by Horwitz et al. The researcher gave the questionnaire contained 20 items. The result of this study is the level of students? reading anxiety is tend to high
