Abstract :
Research on the Characteristics of Sea Tides has been carried out in the Port of Sri Bintan Pura Tanjungpinang. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tidal harmonic components, and to know the type of tides in the Sri Bintan Pura of Port Tanjungpinang. Primary tidal data was taken for 3 days at Port of Sri Bintan Pura Tanjungpinang using a TideMaster tool and secondary data obtained from Pusdishidros-TNI AL. Data is processed and analyzed by the Least Square method. The results of the study of tidal data at the Port of Sri Bintan Pura Tanjungpinang, it is known that the tidal type in the Port is a double-leaning mixed type (mixed, predominantly semi diurnal), seen from the Formzahl numbers of primary data of 0.51 and secondary data of 0.61. Primary data obtained MSL results of 140.3 cm, HHWL of 222 cm, MHWL of 207 cm, MLWL of 62 cm, LLWL of 58 cm, CDL of 15.4 cm, LAT of -78.09 cm. and from tidal secondary data the results of MSL of 140 cm, HHWL of 200 cm, MHWL of 196 cm, MLWL of 80 cm, LLWL of 60 cm, CDL of 15.5 cm, LAT of 61.56 cm.
