Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and Information on Customer Satisfaction as a User of the PLN Mobile Application at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Batu. e-service quality and information is an online-based service by utilizing the internet and technological developments. This online-based service is modified from direct service using the help of a smartphone so that it is easy to use and perform services remotely, this is due to streamline and streamline services and follow the industrial revolution 4.0. The PLN Mobile application is one form of online service by utilizing the internet and technological developments applied at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Batu. as for the research method used in this study is quantitative. This research method uses quantitative research methods. quantitative research method is a method of presenting research results in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics, so that it can be better understood and concluded. Keywords: E-Service Quality and information on Customer Statisfacation as a User of the PLN Mobile Aplication.
