Abstract :
This study aims to determine the amount of added value using the hayami menthod (Modification) for the products produced from cracker processing in the Nayla Tamban fish business, East Bintan District, Bintan Regency. To find out the magnitude of the determination of risk on operating income using the risk analysis menthod, the coefficient of variation (Cv) is determined. In the tamban fisk cracker business, Nayla East Bintan District, Bintan Regency. This research period was in January and February. The analytical menthod used in the research is a quantitative descriptive appoach. To collect data, it is done by observation, interviews, and direct observation in the field so that it can be seen from the point of view of the type, the data used are primary data and secondary data. For comparison, the mopnth of February is greater than the month of January. Although the ratio of mila added is greater in January with a yieldof Rp. 12.476.074. meanwhile, for the level of income, the income is equally high, which results in L. > 0 of Rp. 169 dam this indicates that the business has no chance of losing due to the CV 0,5 value and also for the L value greater than 0.
